Android Memory Management Tools

Hello,

I am a Quality Assurance tester for a mobile app company. We frequently use the program Instruments to monitor memory usage on our iPhone apps in real time. It's a fantastic program that has many tools that are easy to use (since we are not developers). I have been tasked to find a similar program for android. I'm having a difficult time finding one. I am aware of MAT memory analyzer for Eclipse, however this is not exactly what we are looking for. It's much more complicated to use for testers, but mostly it doesn't do what we are looking for. Essentially we are looking for a program that will take constant screenshots of the memory usage and display it in a user friendly way. Does a program like this exist out there?
