My phone is already rooted, and im using Game-Killer for hacking games, for example to get unlimited mony/points.
I want to save the apk file with the hacked data, so that non-rooted users can install and play a ready hacked game.
Can I build a hacked apk file? and
What is the easiest way to do that?

From what I can tell, Game-Killer just scans and edits the information stored in RAM on the phone, it does not modify the APK in any way.
Someone can correct me if I'm mistaken, but from what I can see this tool works just like TSearch and CheatEngine for Windows, modifying the values in memory.
This means you cannot save a hacked game.
Alternatively you may be able to find the game's save files in your /app/data (I believe that's correct) directory and edit that instead; again this would require a root'd device to change this file.
In the short TL;DR version, Game-Killer doesn't modify the APK, so what you ask is not possible.
