How to get an alarm notification when I get a new email (via corporate email app)?

It seems as if I have it set up correctly, but I am not getting any alram notification when I get a new email. This is for the corporate email app (which I have connected with my hotmail account). I have attached a screen shot. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

The app itself should have settings for the inbox checking frequency. Set it to 'push', i.e. immediate notifications

there should be an option to sound notification for every incoming email
