1. Install ADW Launcher from the market.
2. In ADW press menu > ADWSettings > Themes Preferences.
3. Put icons in the dockbar and press it > Edit > click on the icon > ADWTheme Icon Packs > ADW GTX Aerish > choose icon > OK

4. In ADW press menu > ADWSettings > UI Settings AB Size (Optional : size of 9 in screenshots)

Clasic GTX was always one of my favourite WinMo Styles. So glad I found it on Android, could do with some more icons though. Not that I'm one for dumping tasks on people I would be happy to help out. ForgetfulGuru@XDAforums
