DescriptionThis is the ONLINE version of the classic SOLO card game.
The FREE version is exactly the same as the paid version, however the server accepts limited connections from free players. If you like this game and want a granted place use the paid version.
Each player gets eight cards. The player who is the first one to put all his cards on the table is the winner. But Beware! There are peculiar action cards which can turn everything upside down.
Each turn, a player can put a card with the same color or number or action symbol as the card played previously. The special action cards allow players to:
- Miss a Turn - next player misses their turn
- Change Direction - the order of play is reversed
- Take 2 - next player draws two cards
- Choose a Color - can be named as any color, changing the color in play
- Take 4 + Choose a Color - you choose a color, next player picks up four
- Swap Cards - choose another player and swap cards with them
- Change All Cards - all hands move round one space in play direction
The Miss a Turn, Change Direction, Take 2 and Swap Cards are color coded and must be played following a card of the same color, the Choose a color, Take 4 + Choose a Color and Change All Cards actions are color independent.
If a player is able to play the exact same card as the one on the top of the discard pile, they can do so out of turn! The game then continues from that point in the circle of players and can result in 1 or more players being skipped in the play sequence. While a player is choosing color or choosing another player for swap cards you have to wait that action.
There are Take 2 cards, which when played force the next player in turn to draw 2 cards. A player can avoid drawing if they can play another Take 2 card immediately and force the pain (now 4 cards) onto the next person. This can continue around the table until the next player cannot play a Take 2.
Same rule for Take 4 + Choose a Color cards. Players have to wait current player to choose a color.
Take 2 and Take 4 + Choose a Color cards are in the same group, you can stack them together. After a Take 4 + Choose a Color card next player can play another Take 4 + Choose a Color or the chose color of Take 2 card.
