no software keyboard unable to use as the app does not have a touch screen compatible interface and my phone lacks a hardware keyboard

Correct phone security doesn't require lockable app. Perfect on Cyanogen 6.1.0 & 7.0.3. Does a simple job simply beautifully. HTC Legend.

So far its the best fixed-width font notepad. I find it very useful to practice and think of codes/scripts, batch files especially fun to write in it
