Description
The Simply Music player is, as the name somehow gives away, a very simplistic music player.You choose a folder and can play all the mp3 files in it alphabetically or randomized.
The player will recheck the contents of your chosen folder once a week for missing/new files. If you added or removed songs in your music folder make sure to select "Rescan Folder" from the menu.
If you don't need all the fancy stuff like album arts this is the player for you. Just start the app and press play and you are good to go.

Finally .... Finds ALL my music & syncs with the car? What more do I need! I DON'T need space on my sd card taken up by album images, please, I just want to hear my music. Thanks dev for making what I need!!! YEA!

Very good app ! Finally ! A simple app that let's you play music without hundreds of stupid options that no one really uses. And it plays folders. Only thing missing is the option to pause when i unplug the headphones.

Widget It would be the perfect player if i could place a widget on my screen. It would totally be a 5★ app.

Terrible performance. Takes forever to scan SD card and force closed when changing folder. Use the android library!

So close... I like the concept but keeping databases is too cumbersome. Folders and filenames are what I'm looking for. Scanning my sdcard isn't. Esp. with CIFS.

Good, light player The only problem I have is that it doesn't play .ogg files. Perfect other than that.
