iGusty is an Android application that reports wind information from the Texas Coastal Ocean Observation Network (TCOON) which is a service provided by the Division of Nearshore Research of Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Please don't download this app unless you are interested in wind speeds from the coast of Texas in the USA.
