The first find your phone app on the Android Market continues to get better and better. Now with more features it is easier then ever to track down your missing phone.Where's My Droid can turn the ringer volume up and make your phone ring. The app can also get the GPS coordinates with a link to Google maps if you're not near enough to your phone to hear the ringer. You have the freedom to track your phone from anywhere with a text messaged attention word.
** Antivirus warnings **
If you have an antivirus app that is reporting Where's My Droid as a virus you may need to update your antivirus app. We contacted many app developers about this false report and many have fixed it in recent updates.

The app does work with Go SMS Pro and Handcent, it just requires a workaround that can be viewed on our website. We are currently working with Go SMS Pro to make a permanent fix.
For those of you having problems uninstalling the app, you just need to remove the app as a 'Device Admin'. That can be done from the phones system security menu.

SOUND NOT ACTIVATED ON RAZOR :{ all of the features work great on my sons droid 3 and my husbands LG Revolution.. The GPS feature on my razor works with this app but not for the sound to find it if it's on silent or vibrate..I get the text but no sound..PLS fix and 5 stars..gr8 app for phones it works on..I hope u fix soon..would appreciate it :)

Saved me big time!!! So I somehow left my phone on the back of my SUV at my son's football practice and drove off. I got to my next stop and noticed immediately. Realizing what I might have done, I retraced my steps checking the street. I looked through lots of grass then remembered the app. Using a friend's phone I GPS'd mine and had a location in about 5 minutes. Thanks to Google Maps and Navigator my friend who I followed in my SUV was led to my phone on the side of a busy major street (4 lanes with a center turning lane).

Great App I really love this app, if you one of the people that keep your phone on silent but you always lose it (like me) then this is perfect for you! :)

It's a life saver. At first I was hesitant to get it so I got it tested it out and it works just fine wonderful app just give it a try you won't regret it..

Does not work I am so glad this works for everyone. I have a fairly recent phone < a year old and cannot get this to work unless I keep the GPS locator on at all times. It just never works. So to all of you that can use it I am so glad for you. (Motorola Phaser on Sprint)

Does Not Work Like the title says, it doesn't work for me. I've done multiple tests but it does not work on Sony Xperia Ion on ics.

Works perfectly... I'm writing this review one hour after finding my phone in the woods. I was playing paintball in a heavily wooded area and (for some stupid reason) decided to keep my phone in my pocket. During the games the phone got lost and I didn't have the ringer on. Luckily I had installed Where's my Droid a few months earlier. Using a friend's phone we sent a text message to the phone and I was able to hear it ringing (thus retrieving it from under a stack of leaves). It's a life saver!!!
