Ok once installed. After 8 emails over 3 days issue below resolved. Once working has some good features, helpful lane & roadsign display at major junction etc. Address entry not as easy as it should be. Some odd local routing in urban areas. Overall does the job well. .. Downloaded, purchase confirmed but won't let me create a CoPilot ID - error saying unable to confirm purchase. No help on how to overcome this. Can't continue. VERY POOR FIRST IMPRESSION. If they respond to my email requesting a solution I will modify review.

Top App!!! I have never owned a satnav, having been a lorry driver for 15 years I can get myself around Britain fairly well. But Europe is another matter, we have just returned from Brittany, France. After 10 days of use all I can say is effortless !!! This app performed way beyond what I expected from other reviews. On my Galaxy S2, yes the screen got hot and you need the charger plugged in all the time but hey it does what it says on the tin...all I can say is BUY IT!!!

Much better than Google Nav One improvement to be requested is to have another clear off switch appear on the map as well as the one at journey end - currently you have to access the main menu and the route which is cumbersome A big clear off botton please

Incredible value Awesome, successfully navigated from UK, through France and Spain without too many tolls! Saved €200 in fuel and toll charges and the journey only added a few extra hours!

Works fine on a htc One x It seems they solved the resizing bug for the HTC one x with the latest update and it works very good now

Avoid Constant errors logging in.. Cannot download maps.. Move along nothing to see here. HTC one X

OK but not brilliant First of all I'd like to say that the sheer number of different versions of CoPilot on the Market is absolutely baffling. For those as confused as me, I think the Live Premium apps are the newer versions of the Live apps. I bought this when I was in Portugal, because NavFree refused to do offline route planning. Unfortunately the maps for Portugal at least are very mixed - despite telling it to avoid toll roads it kept trying to get me to use them (although in fairness they used to be toll-free until a couple of years ago) and I lost count of the number of non-existent and dirt-track roads it tried to route me down. Performance-wise the app is rather unresponsive on my Nexus One, possibly due to the odd non-standard interface used in preference to normal Android menus, and the setting to switch off the backlight except at junctions doesn't work at all. Apart from that most features seem to work well. If you want very accurate mapping and/or have an older or mid-range phone, I'd look elsewhere. But if you just want a reasonably competent offline satnav you could probably do worse.

Not TomTom but very nearly as good Had this on my iPhone to replace a Tom Tom which had been broken and then on an S2 now have it on my Nexus and I don't think I will ever go back to anything else have been all over UK and quite a bit of Europe not once had a problem. Not 5 stars because it can be, on a rare occasion, slow to update if you go off route, road works or traffic reasons etc, but would definitely recommend to anyone out there.
