Worthy of 5 stars - An ALL IN ONE APP This is the first review I've written and I've been an Android user for 2 years. This app is awesome! It combines multiple local tools into one Rather than downloading and having several different apps for different types of local services or categories, it provides an all in solution. Channels (which are fully customizable and free) which include Coffee, Bars, Restaurants, Nearest events, Theater, Local, Arts, Family activities, Parks, Shopping, Deals, Concerts, Groupon, YELP, HotPads, they are all there, integrated seamlessly. And this is not even scratching the surface of what's available. Before this app I had 5 other apps for different niches depending on what I was looking for, granted it takes some space but I also saved space by eliminating those other space taking apps. Lastly, it's not only quick and effective, it's also a great idea generator if you are bored and are looking for something to do. I am excited to see how this app will develop in the future. Great work to the developer. Would love to see possible integration with YP, Living Social,

Why is it using 17MB of memory? And I haven't even started the app since reboot. Waste of resources. It has a widget process running even though I don't have any Aloqa widgets. Getting rid of this

Good source of local information. Where available, Aloqa is a quick way to find things in a neighborhood.

I use it rarely but need to keep it. Better than Where.

Doubles the value of my Atrix.

very cool app. It shows u everything of interest around you.
very useful if ur in a new city and looking for a restaurant, a party, shops, touristical sites etc.
