PLEASE NOTE: This app does not scan bar codes on tickets, it scans the actual numbers row-by-row on the ticket. Click "about" in the main menu of the app to watch a video demo of ticket scanning.
Powerball Scanner Lite helps you keep track of all the numbers you play without ever having to check your tickets. Simply use your phone's camera to scan tickets for the Powerball lottery or add them to the app manually. Once you've saved your numbers, Powerball Scanner Lite will keep track of all of the numbers you play and tell you your expected winnings as soon as lottery results are published.
This is the lite version of the Powerball Scanner app. If you like this app, please follow the instructions in the app to upgrade to the paid version. If you upgrade to the paid version, you'll get everything in the lite app, plus:

Only gives winning #s It says to click "menu" to add number, but there is no menu button! Good only for viewing winning numbers.

Not bad, A for effort I installed, tried, then removed this app. I wanted to leave a review, however, because of the effort on this. The OCR worked fine for me, except on a number I circled. The BAR CODE is only the ticket ID! The DEV can't query the Lottery Database to check! Best that can be done is scan the numbers, as this app does. Make sure you don't mark your ticket before you try to scan. Other than that, it is a bit of a pain to have to scan line by line, but I imagine the error rate would be too high trying to scan the entire ticket. Only being able to save 1 line in the free version is pretty limiting, sure, but it gives you a nice opportunity to test it out and see if you want to buy it. Overall, great effort.
