This is not a stand alone app. It's a theme for ADW.Launcher.ADW.Launcher by anderwebs is Required
To apply this theme do the following:
Menu-->ADWSettings-->Theme Prefs-->Select your Theme-->Apply Theme

I cannot find menu to get started after I paid for app. Please give advice, I have MyTouch 4G Black. Thank you, the app looks great.
