Seems to crash my Droid X Crashes my Droid X consistently after I tap it to check RAM usage. Uninstalled.

Improvement Love the app,but hated the icon.Make it simpler and add % RAM left toggle, if possible.

Not bad. Like the live memory counter aspect of the widget but wish the icon design was more minimalistic.
