1. How to use it (for new users quick start)?
It is pretty simple. Open this tool and take a look at the running processes? Uncheck some processes you don't want to be Closing/Restarting(such as battery manager process) Tap the button '1-Click SpeedUp', It will Closing/Restarting all processes that have 'nuclear' sign.
