"Voip By Antisip" can be used with any SIP provider and is pretty simple to configure. You only need to enter the domain, login and password of your voip provider.
"Voip by Antisip" offer video using VP8! Using this codec, "Voip by Antisip" will show excellent performance, and will maintain excellent audio and video quality. H263-1998 and MP4V-ES are still provided to keep compatibility with other phones. Please report kindly any problems related to video and include device information.
To start video, you only need to press the green button when the call is established! Then video starts. Incoming video will only works for android >= 2.2!

Please understand that 3G quality depends on many factors. This application may not be responsible for poor quality over 3G. Even when you have bandwidth, 3G may introduces too much delays for a great conversation. Other times, other 3G network, it will 100% work...

Very good... But! Very good Indeed on Sony S tablet, and Sony Xperia S too, only problem is, no video on either. Call quality is good, I particularly like seeing up & down data rates, very useful..... Well done, great app.

A complete solution This fully featured app works really well. It does have DTMF support. Video looks great on my HTC Flyer (supports front & back camera). I've tried several sip/video apps & this is my favorite.

Works well. Best straightforward sip/voip client for android. Works well on Galaxy S with my Betamax account. Good voice quality over 3g. Simple straightforward setup and nice dialler with integrated phone contacts. A good alternative to CSipSimple.

fast and reliable. should increase the volume of the receiving end. liseners complained that voice is barely audible. though the speakerphone is good

Good voice quality, No DTMF(?) I'm getting much better voice quality with this softphone than with most of the SIP clients I've tried on Android. But DTMF support seems to be missing (can't check voicemail on my Asterisk server). Haven't been able to test video yet, but I'm not expecting much -- hard to get useful video over the kind of bandwidth you get on a phone.
