Extremely Helpful!! I don't give apps I download 5*, but I did for this one. I was skeptical at first, but reading the reviews, I figured I would give it a shot. I am extremely glad I did! My low self-esteem and need for everyone elses approval and acceptance is melting away and I can now perform my daily duties and responsibilities with CONFIDENCE and with a CAN DO attitude.
