Too much adverticing Ads on apps are ok. Ads on phone top status bar, UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Too many ads from an app I used once. Installed this while looking for WiFi for my Nexus 7 during a recent trip. The sheer amount of advertising and push notifications this app cluttered my Nexus with had me concerned I'd encountered my first instance of Android malware or rogueware. When I determined this app was the culprit, I uninstalled without a second thought and my tablet is back to normal with no aggressive ad updates appearing. I will not be installing again and recommend you to exercise good judgment before polluting your device.
