Quit Smoking

LaVette -I love this app :) It has been 103 days today since I've had a smoke..I quit! I'm so happy I fought this app.. it feels good to have an app that tells you your doing great..and pushes you to wait for your next cig..love love love this!..thanks I'll never smoke again! Omg i thank this app it is now 1 year and some, I have quit because of this app, I appreciate this team!

It helps While i haven't quit altogether i have managed to go from 35 cigarettes a day to less than 20 with minimal effort. Just being aware of every cig i smoke and the time since last cig has helped cut out times of chain smoking .

Great app! Definitely makes me more aware of how much I actually smoke and how soon after my last cigarette I crave another one. Been using this app for 2 days, and have already made a considerable dent in the amount I smoke a day. Highly recommend this app!!

good Needs ability to change times for change over. Not everyone is in bed by midnight so that throws off the daily smoke count

Suggestion Whenever I press the smoke button, try to add an option so that it shows my family members or girlfriends image. We will definitely think about our family members instead of smoking.

Intresting I enjoy this app as it allows me to record my stress level and urge to smoke however i would like to see more of it asking if i can wait. I love that it asks me if i can wait to smoke "x" amount of time but wish it would ask each time i press the smoke button. Then i would feel a little more apt to wait a little longer to see how long i could actually go with out one. Just a suggestion. Thanks for the app!
