Anywhere Pad handles the entire meeting workflow – from scheduling a meeting, inviting attendees, preparing documents and presenting them, recording important points, decisions and actions, and then archiving all materials, notes and minutes.
✚ BOX AND DROPBOX APP INTEGRATION
Retrieve any document or file in your Box or Dropbox account and use it in a meeting. Documents or files you download are imported to the Anywhere Pad web portal and then viewed or used in a meeting.
✚ GET FILES WHILE A MEETING IS IN PROGRESS
During a meeting, you can now retrieve files from your Box and Dropbox account or from the web portal, as you never know when you're going to need more documents. This is a major development from previous versions that only allow you to add files when scheduling a meeting or before starting it. You can also use in a meeting photos from your photo library or photos just taken by your device’s camera.
✚ MULTI-PURPOSE NOTES
Notes is useful not only in highlighting points on a document, you can also record major decisions made in a meeting in Notes, or save Notes as action items or things to follow up in a list, keeping you on track with discussed agenda, milestones or deadlines.
✚ UPDATED MEETING SCHEDULE
Anywhere Pad automatically refreshes the Meeting Schedule, so attendees are kept updated on any changes to a meeting's date and time as well as details, agenda, attendee list and meeting files.
✚ INTERACTIVE MEETING
With page synchronization and a built-in laser pointer, you can smoothly guide a discussion in a meeting. Attendees can easily follow the presenter's pace and discussion points.
✚ WHITE BOARD DISCUSSION
Use the Whiteboard to illustrate your point, draw workflows or processes, and get your ideas across with less talk. You can set a Whiteboard as the first page of a document that you will work on, or insert it within the document to facilitate discussions.
✚ VGA SUPPORT
Native support for VGA projectors, enabling you to share documents and content to a large audience by connecting your device to any VGA projector.
