DescriptionDiffraction Calculator was developed to calculate the diffraction angle or spacing between diffraction planes for both x-ray and electron diffraction. It uses Bragg's Law to determine the angle or spacing based on inputs of order, wavelength.
A lookup table provides common wavelength values for a variety of x-ray sources (including copper, chromium, iron, cobalt, molybdenum and tungsten) and electron accelerating voltages (80, 100, 120, 200, 300, 400).
