Description
A simple application to quickly search Metacritic for video games. It will display the metascore and you can click through to the Metacritic page for that game. You can filter out which consoles (PS3, Wii, XBox 360, PC, PS2, 3DS) to search for in the settings menu.You can also use your phone's camera to scan the barcode of the camera. This function is still in beta. It requires a separate download of the barcode scanner app (you will be prompted if you do not have it already installed). It then searches Metacritic for the barcode scanned.
Once you click on the game you were searching for, you will see the cover (you turn off cover downloads in the settings). At this page you can also go to the Metacritic site by clicking the Cover art or title text. You will be able to browse all the reviews on the Metacritic site.
Also on the cover page you can search multiple stores (Best Buy, Amazon, Gamestop) to compare prices! More stores to be added in the future, let me know if there is a particular store you would like to see.

Permissions are to use the internet and check connectivity status. As well as in-app billing, if you want to turn off ads.

This app is extremely useful This app has made my game shopping significantly easier, it gives me the information that I need to make smart game purchases.

great video game app. great app! if you're looking for a quick easy to view metacritic scores and game prices, this its the one.

Needs handheld search Doesn't search metacritic for handheld games for ds or psp. Could also parse the metacritic site for game description, if not include review summary. Needs to display both critic and user review scores.

Works well but could use a facelift Works as advertised but its "ugly". Not quite a real metacritic app like i wanted, but it certainly does the job if all you want it a quick metascore.
