INTERNET- Used to search online databases for military related acronyms
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - Used to handle errors when the device is not connected to an internet source.
VIBRATE - Used for haptic feedback on events such as button clicks, can be disabled or modified in settings.

Stupid! Tested it with very common acronyms and it couldn't find them.
