With the Carbonite Mobile Android backup and security app you can:
• Back up – Automatically back up all of your smartphone's full resolution photos and videos.
• Access - Browse, view & share your backed up data by logging into www.carbonite.com. Current Carbonite customers can also access their backed up computer files directly through this app.
• Locate – Identify the location of your Android device on a map.
• Ring – Misplaced your phone? Sound the ringer even if your phone is muted or set to vibrate.
• Lock – Lock the screen on your device using a personalized pin.
• Capture – Think your device was stolen? Remotely activate the camera to take a photo of the person using your phone.
• Destroy –Remotely destroy all of your personal data and reset the device to its factory settings.
Tip: Download the app on all your mobile devices to access all of your backed up photos and videos anytime, anywhere. For example, you could access photos and videos on your smartphone from your Android tablet or iPad® if you have the app installed on both devices.

keeps going 'back' a page Not exactly sure why, but Carbonite loves to randomly skip back a page while I'm looking at my pics. Sometimes it doesn't load my music all the way either. Would like to see some fixes.. whenever that'll be.

Great free app for subscribers Makes sense to have this if you subscribe to carbonite. Allows to to browse and download files that have been uploaded from your pc.

Must Have For Any Professional This is one of the best and most useful apps on the planet. I am a law student and I frequently need passages from certain texts in my to aid in my studies. This scanner makes great PDFs that I can email or upload directly to a cloud network. Also scans multiple pages. Lawyers, stop paying courthouse clerks to make copies and buy this app.

Slow upload I have 20 upload speed and this think upload file extremely slow. Video playback don't work ..limit how much u can upload for day.. are u kidding me?

WOW Installed quickly on Sprint EVO 4g. Immediate access to all data stored on Carbonite servers. Little lag time via Wi-Fi. Very impressed.

unexpected benefit - saved me hours of time Inadvertently overwrote a long & complex file - knew it instantly after I clicked on 'save - since carbonite backs up only when device is idle, was able to download original file immediately. Saved literally 7 or more hours of work and immense aggravation!

Wow! I'm shocked at how easy and quick it is to access my back up data. I figured it be slower and less user friendly. But it's great. Highly recommend.
