Good I was gonna give only 3 stars - because the pics show the currency as dollar, and the menus have no options to manually change it - but it rendered result in my local currency.

Works OK Works OK, but needs 2 more entry boxes for monthly taxes and insurance. Without that, It cannot be used for Real Estate. Now I'm using Mortgage Calculator instead. I does run OK on my HTC Thunderbolt. ~Mike Miller Appraisal~

APR is inaccurate...which isn't a good thing for an APR calculation.
