PMI PMI is missing from the figures. This is very important. I was over shooting my home prices because the PMI wasn't factored in.

Where's the mortgage insurance? Without mortgage insurance and hazard insurance it is just INCOMPLETE!

MI With Fha loans there is no mortgage insurance.

Needs to allow input of down payment, UFMIP and MI. Must calculate payment on real loan amount.

Can't enter interest rates with a decimal point. The ratios are also not accurate with what ratios are currently acceptable to banks.

This app doesn't account for mortgage insurance- its just a regular amoritization calc.... Fail

The ratios are out of date. Current FHA ratios are 31% and 43%.
