Not useful I was excited to get good deals through the ap, but it's just a ploy to get you to download it. I couldn't even search for the correct ink cartridge according to the printer I have. Not useful at all. Goodbye Dell ap...I'm uninstalling you!

Consumes battery! After using once for about 5 minutes, I got the info I needed and closed the app. At the end of the day, I checked my battery stats and noticed that the app was running in the background, and was responsible for 30% of my battery consumption that day. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Disappointed I was excited to see this app until after I loaded and realized you can NOT make payments to your dell account!
