Accuracies & Inaccuracies Those of you claiming the AR-15 only shoots .223/5.56, it is you who need to do your research. The AR-15 is made in a variety of calibers, including 9mm. If you note the magazine, it is straight and skinny like a 9mm pistol mag. To the creator, it is more accurately called an AR-15 carbine, not a machine gun or an assault rifle. Also, the bullets shown at the bottom are rifle rounds; they should be pistol rounds if it's firing 9mm. Also, the shot sounds should last a bit longer, they sound "cut off".
