In French the game is best known as Puissance 4.All you need to do is to connect 4 pieces in a row in any direction. If you connect 4 before your opponent then you win. While you try to connect 4 you can chat with your opponent with the built in chat feature.
Any internet connection will do. The referee matches players of similar skill against each other and awards points based on the relative skill of the players. Bonus points are given for 5, 6 or 7 pieces in a row and for multiple wins.
