The application has access to the following:
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Your location
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
System tools
send sticky broadcast
Allows an application to send sticky broadcasts, which remain after the broadcast ends. Malicious applications can make the phone slow or unstable by causing it to use too much memory.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.

Still waiting.... Good app, needs some optimization. Great for local news. Only users half of Droid bionic screen......two months later, still waiting.

Needs a comment option on articles. I use this app to follow politics but it's way too biased.

Not optimized for tablets Might be good on phones but sucks on my hp touchpad.

Screen not optimized... still! Used in both a HTC Evo and Motorola Photon and it only uses a little over half of the screen. Switch to WDSU app... it looks great on them.

Still not full screen on Atrix Great app. The best of the ones I use for local news and weather. Only 4 stars because it's still not full screen on my Motorola Atrix

Great app Only problem ot force closes when trying to look at images
