Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
System tools
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
automatically start at boot
Allows an application to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the phone and allow the application to slow down overall performance of the phone by constantly running.

Wallpaper sucks battery life and keeps running... The ads bothered me so I turned it off in settings but what really bothered me was it kept running even if you don't use it. I have Norton and it flags it as intrusive as well. I think if you can find a way to not make it persistently run all the time Jason I will gladly download it again. It is beautiful.

Good wallpaper This also another great background for the phone but on the tablet, the picture doesn't size properly so I have a black box off to the right of the picture. I like it other than that.
