The application has access to the following:

delete all application cache data
Allows an application to free phone storage by deleting files in application cache directory. Access is very restricted and usually for system processes.

Why? Sao nâng cấp lại kém hơn cả chưa nâng cấp.lúc quay về cũng (đang tải dữ liệu) phải chờ,mong khắc phục
