mildly crap it helps if u did the U.S.A language (english) on this app cause i couldnt understand the menu since it was all in foreign language but other than that it did measure the cpu very fast

upon further review I realized that this thing is inaccurate. It has a few crazy permissions too. I disabled those permissions when I tried it out -

All in Japanese but its obvious that the only setting you need to worry about is the "refresh rate." Works great!

great app. now i can see the cpu % when the taskbar is full. just hit call button to bring down notifications thx to exsbar app. I only speak english.
