Permissions explanation:
READ_CONTACTS - Car Locator has the ability to "beam" your location to another user who has Car Locator installed. You can select the recipient of your location by using your contact list
SEND_SMS/RECEIVE_SMS - The "beam" communication is done through SMS. This is why the SMS permission is required. No SMS's are sent without your explicit action.

James bond would love this Works flawlessly got me I have a major jam this weekend. I was in a hurry to return something so I park my car at the mall and I forgot where the heck I put it. Luckily I remembered to save my location.

Excellent, but better free alternatives Works great but prefer Park-A-Lot because it's free version is not time limited. This is still a great app, but not the only game in town.

I actually like "car finder pro" better than this... I haven't installed the pay version, but from the trial it just doesn't have a very professional feel... and doesn't send text message alerts like the "car finder pro" app... it's not bad though... just don't wanna spend the money twice... I actually like "car finder pro" better than this... Actually like Car Finder Pro the best... this thing doesn't send text alerts when your parking me

Great App!!! A life saver in airport parking lots. Some are complaining about batter drain - If its draining your battery, kill the app (it will recall your last location save). Simple & indispensable

Horrible I went to the chiefs football game and this thing did nothing. Don't download. I have the thunderbolt.

Big drain on battery Need to store local on SD and let phone turn off. Kills battery too quickly and therefore app can be useless for long durations away from car.

Wouldn't it make more sense to locate your car with google maps and flag that location? Phhh it sounded like a cool idea till I realized..
