Must have at the gym! If you take gym seriously and build your muscle you need this timer. Just setup and keep your smartphone in your shorts. Use earphones and you are sure about the gap between sets.

So close... I would like to have the ability to add more categories than just high intensity, low intensity, prep, and cool down. Some of the workout I have found have a few more descriptions/categories before and after the hi/low part (some even inbetween). This app will work for most of my work-outs but I still need another clock for other parts.

This works No bells and whistles, but it does what I need. Sets time for prep, high intensity, low intensity, cool down and remembers last setting. Thanks!

Alright for basic Not any better than any other basic you can find. I uninstalled because I am looking for something that will let you do more than one set-of-2 repeated rounds. "any number of reps, any durations" is misleading.

Good I would have preferred the choice for cool downs between reps for kettleweights.
