Frustrating The mobile website seems to have more functionality, loads faster (even with my phone using wi-fi), is easier to nativate and hangs less often than this app. I feel like this app was a waste of my time.

Seconds not minutes.... Not sure what the fuss is the app takes only seconds for me to view my reports, alerts and scores... Maybe I would be mad at the lack of screen rotate... but I'm not.

The app is great when it works Actually I have no complaints about the app itself, but their back end servers are complete CR@P. The slowness people are complaining about regarding this app is also what you get through their web site. It happens quite a bit for me. Someone needs to wake up their IT department, pronto.

Still Crap Takes 3 minutes to log in. 4 minutes to request a new report. 2 minutes to confirm I want a new report. 6 minutes to view report. Then I'm told I already have a report, and I must use a browser to view it. This app is so horrible that i am cancelling my equifax membership.
