In the full version you have full control over:
-The number of people (3X more people can be in the simulation)
-How interconnected they are
-The different colors of infected, healthy and recovering people
-The Sizes of the people and connections between them
-How the simulation is started
-Customizing the disease's properties including how long people are infectious or recovering, the odds of death from infection, the birth rate of new people and whether or not they are born infected

It's OK I was thining to code one myself when I saw this. Though I don't think I want it to run as a live wallpaper, it slows down my SGS too much and would probably kill my battery too...
