After installing this widget simply press and hold down on an empty space of your home screen. Then select Widgets, and the size of the sticky note you want.

As a developer myself I hate negative comments, but the UI needs some serious work.

Works great on my Evo. Remember, it's a widget, not an app. I love the transparency.
