While Elder Sign: Omens brilliantly conveys the spirit of the Elder Sign dice game, a few noteworthy differences were adopted to optimize the mobile play experience:
-A limited number of available Ancient Ones streamlines the game play experience while offering adjustable levels of difficulty. Face Yig in normal mode, Azathoth or Tsathoggua in hard mode, or Cthulhu or Ithaqua in very hard mode (in-app purchases required to face Cthulhu and Ithaqua).
-A number of subtle changes increase the peril of defending humanity. For example, the random negative effects drawn every midnight are more challenging, and the frequency of “no effect” results has been decreased. Monsters have likewise been altered to make them more difficult.
-Finally, there are no Ally cards in Elder Sign: Omens, which further streamlines play while increasing the overall challenge.

Doesn't finish downloading assets Really want to try the game, but it gets stuck downloading the last .3gp video for both phone and tablet options, and doesn't let me proceed because it forces me to try and re-download all the assets over and over again...

Fun! DLC adds a lot! Fun and creepy strategy game. Gets repetitive eventually, but is interesting enough to make me want the board game - and the DLC adds a "hard mode" with another layer of strategy.

Fun but very buggy. Decent adaptation of the board game. Crashes my DROIDX 30% of the time. Still worth the few bucks but should be smoother than this. Good art/sound

Maybe the best game on android This is probably the best game I have played on my A100. Some visual glitches to the left and right of the screen every time the curtains comes in or out, but nothing that affects gameplay. Highly recommend.

Awesome A must have for HPL aficionados! The new DLC is well worth it and a great addition. Sound cuts out on scene change since the update but it is not worth a star as this is a superb game.

I really wish it worked As much as I love Lovecraft and really want this game to work, it doesn't. Acer a200 with ICS. Has been buggy from start with freezing, unregistered moves in game, constant pop ups during play, and general shoddy programming issues. The last updates seem to have exacerbated the issues instead of addressing them so I am nit sure what they are trying to accomplish.
