Makes the shortcut I couldn't! Yes, you can get to what it does by digging into menus. HOWEVER, at least on a stock rom Samsung via home menu add shortcut, you can't make one to the sync menu; this is the fix if you want quick access to kill battery wasting background data. Most sync switchers (including Samsung's OEM widget) only toggle actual sync but leave background on.

A solid 4 star There should be a widget for this app. I shouldn't have to be directed to the actual accounts and sync page.
