Sorry for the latest issues regarding force closes, it's due to integration with OpenFeint, they should be fixed now.
The application has access to the following:

Allows the application to control the vibrator.

full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.

Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Your accounts
discover known accounts
Allows an application to get the list of accounts known by the phone.

Paid for this app and it would not open. It kept " force " closing. Got the update and seems to be working good now.
