1. Download & Install GO Launcher EX for free from the market
2. Press your home button on your phone and select GO Launcher EX
3. Press your menu button and select Themes
4. Scroll across to the right and click on Bookshelf Theme
*** Icons
If you device does not show some icons automatically, long press on the icon, click 'replace' and then 'Theme icons' and you can select any icon to use from there.

X3 Love it. Wish there icons for apps like kindle and bank of America, etc. Or a verity of icons (like two different icons for the market etc)
