This is File Expert Text Encryptor Plugin. To use this plugin, you need to have File ExpertV4.1.3 or higher version installed. Then open File Expert, go to Utilities→Plugin to apply.Details: Use a common key to encrypt or decrypt text. Once encrypted send to the recipient who can then decrypt with your key. The key cannot be recovered, so be sure to remember it
