Description
Do you make international calls? Do you have a phone contract with inclusive minutes? If you answered Yes to these questions, then FooCall is for you!
FooCall is a truly mobile app - there is no need to have a WiFi or 3G connection.
How does it work? It’s simple, from the app you choose an international destination from your contacts and call it as you would normally. FooCall routes the call to a local number and then automatically to your international destination, without you having to do anything different.
Our local numbers are just regular landline numbers, so if you have inclusive minutes to landlines, this part of the call is completely free. FooCall then charges you an incredibly low rate for the international part of your call.
So why FooCall?
- REALLY LOW CALL RATES – some of the cheapest in the world
- Great call quality
- Call from anywhere – in the car, on the move
- You’re not calling over WiFi or 3G so reliability is great
What Next?
- Download the free FooCall app now
- Use the free credit we give you to make some calls and find out just how easy it is!
Travelling Abroad?
FooCall is not a roaming solution so if you use your mobile phone abroad you will still pay roaming charges.

Only good as a back up When it works it's OK the line quality is poor but an acceptable trade off for the cost. However when the service is not working it will often ring through as if it is connecting but never does, I knew the person I was trying to call was there and that their phone never rang. The foo call help team said their was no problem when clearly there was. In the end I opted for a lyca SIM card and an old phone I had knocking around, infinitely more reliable

Fairly crap app Often fails to log in, often fails to call the number and I wouldn't have the confidence that I wouldn't cop a big bill from my carrier, there goes my 20 bucks I suppose

Getting better by the day! Ok, I'll be completely honest here....Firstly i have to say the foocall customer service is first class, they sorted out an issue I had (my fault not theirs, I am in my 60's after all!) so quickly. Secondly I've NEVER had an issue with call quality, my calls always connect first time, and their international rates are saving me a packet. I may be old (!) but I was able to work out how to use the app with no trouble. I highly recommend foocall over other international calling apps.

Getting worse by the day! This app is getting worse every time i use it. Lines are always busy and when in fact u get thru, it starts charging u before the other side picks up. It is so ridiculous...when i sent them an email, they responded the first time and ignored all subsequent communication. All in all i wont be topping up again! Waste of money and time...

One of the best Beats me how anyone can give this one star, i think this app is superb. Just use your free monthly minutes for the local call and pay the foocall international rate, which is diiiiiirt cheeeeap. Doesnt get any easier than that.
