After downloading and registering the app, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick and GMC owners with a 2010-2013 model year eligible vehicle can use their mobile device to access real-time data from their vehicle and perform commands like unlocking doors remotely.

Doesn't work on Android 4.0 Before you update your phone to Android 4.0 be warned this app does not work on Ice Cream Sandwich.

Way Cool I have used this App for about 6 weeks on my new Volt and haven't had any trouble. I use it multiple times a day to send driving directions to my car and to check the battery level while charging. I love it.

really good, is really good app, but needs updating to newer handsets (xperia s for example). not sure i'll keep onstar because of this; if u have an older handset then i'd recommend this.

Razr Maxx not supported? I got phone not supported on the Razr Maxx running ICS 4.0.3. I have been searching for answers, but no joy so far...anyone?

Good App - Needs Improvement + Just upgraded to a Sprint Galaxy Nexus... app downloaded & installed but won't login. Tried app on wife's Nexus S 4G & works fine. Needs to be fixed for Sprint's Galaxy Nexus... boo.

incompatible with Samsung galaxy note I have purchased this phone on the release date in February 19,2012 from at&t and downloaded the onstar remotelink onto the phone also contacted onstar and have been troubleshooting the issues with them for about a month and a half and still no progress with the error code unable to signing cause of users name and password you entered is incorrect, (401_1) can you please help me on getting this issue resolved. I have gotten real irritable behind this and also the app looks different from on iphone 4 so if there is something that you know to get the applicatin up an running with having to play with it for a few minute it would be appreciated to the fullest and i have the 2011 chevy traverseso please look into the issue or see if there is a solution on getting the application up an running hopefully there is a update to fix it it something that onstar would like to know as well so when someone else contacts them about the issue they'll be able to tell them what the problem is too.Please look into immediately.

Works, but is slow It takes a very long time for any commands sent with the remote app to actually take affect. I've had it take 5-10 minutes for a command to process. A few times the car didn't even start until after I got in it and was ready to drive off.

Poor Support No ICS or Honeycomb support for android yet. Poor showing for a service I'm paying a monthly fee for.
