Will not connect Attempted to log on and will not log on. Tried on my computer and no issues, tried again on app and get no valid account. Tried with both member # and e-mail address same results and even verified with successful log ons through the computer. Useless app being deleted from my phone. Thank you best buy for once again wasting my time

Can't log in It worked the first time I accessed it after I downloaded. Hasn't worked since. Always says try back later. Fix this! HTC Rezound

Works for me Haven't had problems using. Have been able to redeem certs right from the phone.
