COMING SOON IN V. 3.1.4.2: bug fixes to eliminate duplicate scoring. If you are seeing the issue in 3.1.4.1, here is how to fix:
1. On device home screen, select Menu > Settings
2. Select Applications, select Manage Applications.
3. Select the Express Football option.
4. Select the Clear Data button.

The application has access to the following:

Allows the application to control the vibrator.

Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Your location
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
System tools
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
