This application is a database of 40,000 famous people. It has kings, politicians, actors, scientists, singers, sports people and many others. They can be grouped by profession and by nationality. For example, a list of famous american actors can be viewed. The list can be searched with the first name or surname of the person. Easily read their wiki page. Each person includes their full name, year of birth, year of death, nationality and profession.It is useful for general knowledge questions, crosswords, school or college work, quizzes, or just for interest. If you can not remember the name of some American Actor born in the 1970s, then Famous People Free can help you find the name. Needs more non-American people Only good for famous Americans. I can name more non-American famous people than this app.

fun but faulty looked up norwegian prime ministers. under every name there is a year in office date, many of them are wrong. some of them are claimed to be in office for 50+ years...
