Liars They say they never charge a change or cancellation fee. What they actually do is charge you a 100% change or cancellation fee and then try to tell you it's the hotels fee. They will tell you they will call the hotel to remove the fee and never call them and then not answer your phone calls afterwards.

They are a rip off I made a reservation with them and then a half hour later I needed to change it. They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for the full price of the reservation plus another nights stay. They told me they would call the hotel to see if they would cancel the fee for me. Come to find out it wasn't the hotels fee and when I tried to call them back, they kept hanging up on me. Now i'm out the money I paid for the room because I couldn't use the reservation I made.

Takes too long Been saying retrieving hotel for about 5 min. Had this app on my phone before, now it sucks. Needs an upgrade

A really great app for anyone who travels a lot. My only complaint about the app is it would be nice to have a "share" button.

Will not load It says my phone has poor connection no matter what, and will not load/search.galaxy nexus 4.0.2.

CJ Had NO problem downloading on Galaxy Nexus. And this app is perfect for ppl like me who don't have the patience to wonder what hotel will be picked for them before paying, or to haggle for the best rate. This app customizes your search perfectly and detailed results are given to you quickly. This, coming from one very picky, very happy customer!
