Difficult to use I work with HP products all day, so I would appreciate the ability to scan the serial number barcode.

Dumb. Have an HP m9402f and doesn't even recognize it. Can't load my HP account either. LAME... do I have to buy new equip just to get it to work?

App has a potential, I'm looking forward to seeing it evolve. UI is quite rough, though - what hit me most was that Back button always exits the app.

Good Start....more functionality required.. Nice looking app, initial screens look clean. I am missing integration with the HP Community which would be a powerful feature (log and read questions to the community whilst with clients). Product Entry is not intuitive. Looking for HP EVA, HP XP, D2D or VLS produced no results. needed to add HP product numbers to be able to add the products.

Good for what it is...could be better Good quick access to user guides, docs and public tech bulletins. Might be better if I could browse through products instead of having to add them one at a time to my profile Like to see ability to add SAID and contract info to be able to manage support agreements and open and check on service calls. Id also like it if there was access to HP's ITRC forums (now called the Community). Add more features and Ill give it at least 4 stars!
